Viscon is a high-molecular weight, pure hydrocarbon polymer. The base chemical component for Viscon is polyisobutylene (PIB) polymer. Applications for the raw PIB include fuel enhancers, chewing gum, and food grade quality additives. Viscon is:

Environmentally safe

Free from toxins

Free from carcinogens

Free from caustic materials

Viscon is not a new "miracle" cure to engine exhaust. It has been in development for over 20 years. Initially it served as an agent to moderate the size, heat, volatility, and smoke emanating from jet fuel explosions. Original tests conducted at China Lake Missile Sites in the deserts of California dramatically indicated that the polymer did that exactly. The Viscon diesel fuel product is a hybrid of the original polymer, modified to optimally enhance diesel combustion.

With respect to blending, Viscon is:

Non-polar; dissolves in non-polar solvents

Soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons

Soluble in aliphatic hydrocarbons

Soluble in mixtures of aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons

Viscon is safe for all grades of gasoline and diesel fuel and for all cars, trucks, buses, boats, and other forms of transportation. It will not damage catalytic converters or oxygen sensors.

Viscon is actually a combination of pure hydrocarbons; all of which are compatible with your car's fuel and fuel system. It is intended for and is safe for continuous use.
